- Evaluating employees’ performance, analyzing low performance, and how to utilize the distinguished performance levels
- Preparing wages, incentives, and defining training and improvement requirements
- Designing, performing, and evaluating training and improvement programs and planning career path
- Developing the institutional performance through defining and troubleshooting performance problems
- Carrying out promotion and transfer operations according to the scientific method
- Preserving and maintaining HR
- Using up to date IT applications of HR
- Preparing internal regulations according to the requirements of MOL
